Kunle Adegoke & Co boasts of wide experience in transaction structuring and legal documentation. We have handled transactions involving drafting and perfection of foreign currency loan agreements, securitized lending agreements, local and foreign equipment lease agreement, structured trade finance agreements, with specific emphasis on forward sale contracts, options and swaps.

We have also rendered services in other areas, some of which, to mention a few, are: giving advice on Asset-based Finance, Construction and Project Financing, Investment Structures, Debt Recovery and Asset Tracing, Debt Advisory and Rescheduling etc. We have represented a number of banks and other organisations in Project Finance transactions. Our Principal Partner, Mr. Kunle Adegoke, SAN, was involved in the project finance process of Obajana Cement Company while working as an associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP.

In capital market services involving project finance, we participated in the 60 Billion Naira bond and sukuk issuance programme of Osun State in 2014 and the 100 billion Naira bond issuance programme of Lagos State in 2019/2020 through our Principal, Mr. Kunle Adegoke, SAN, who is also a registered Capital Market Solicitor, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Notary Public.
