Kunle Adegoke, SAN is a seasoned lawyer, with many laurels to his name, cut his legal teeth with the distinguished law firm of Olaniwun Ajayi LP between April 2003 and September 2004. He was in a thriving partnership in the law firm of M. A. Banire & Associates from August 2004 till September 2017 when he decided to run Kunle Adegoke & Co., a firm registered ten years back in 2007.
Kunle is an expert in litigation, a reputable commercial lawyer, and a registered capital market solicitor having participated in huge transactions like the Due Diligence Exercise and Advisory to Dangote Industries Limited which led to the establishment of the Obajana Cement Company; the 60 Billion Naira Osun State Bond and Sukuk – 2014; the Lagos State 100 billion Naira Bond of 2019 – 2020 and has acted as Receiver/Manager to a host of companies.
With an LLM Degree in Secured Credit Transactions and Conflict of Laws from the University of Lagos, he is a well-respected consultant to Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) on behalf of whom he has prosecuted many cases and debt recoveries. He has been counsel in many notable election petitions across Nigeria from 2007 till the most recent Atiku v. Buhari election petition where he represented President Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressives Congress.
He is also an expert in legal drafting and has commercially served several governmental establishments, giant telecommunications, and other big companies.
